Ethnographic Design
To better plan the design of an app, using the human-centered design process, I put together a variety of concept pieces. I created three personas, a storyboard and plot, gathered survey results from the public, spoke with industry professionals and conducted desk research. The information I gathered helped flesh out the needs of our target audience, and the work was adjusted accordingly.
Using information gathered during this period of ethnographic research I designed a storyboard that illustrated who might use the app, and how it might assist them. My three personas helped act as touch-stones; keeping projects user-oriented and aligned with audience goals.

Our project was constantly reshaped to fit the user's needs
